Wheelchair-accessible casino shuttles

The operator's Casino Shuttle is wheelchair accessible and can carry passengers who use wheelchairs. Service animals are welcome on board. Riders must be 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID.

The shuttle to Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto needs a reservation, and a return trip costs $10 cash.

Pickering Casino Resort has its own route. Reservations open 48 hours before departure and close at 8:00 PM the night before. Return trips leave from the casino entrance at 3:00, 5:00 and 7:15 PM. The shuttle runs only to Toronto and Pickering. Great Blue Heron, Casino Ajax and Elements Casino Mohawk are not served by it.

• The Pickering route picks up at Apple Markville Plaza on Bullock Drive at 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
• On Redlea Avenue by the Milliken GO Station parking, Pickering pickups are at 9:15 AM, 11:45 AM and 2:15 PM.
• At Scarborough Town Centre, Pickering pickups are at the YMCA entrance at Town Centre Court and Borough Drive, at 9:35 AM, 12:05 PM and 2:35 PM.
• One Toronto pickup is near Langstaff GO on Red Maple Road.
• Another Toronto pickup is on Bishop Avenue at Yonge Street, near the transit entrance.
• The third Toronto pickup is at the plaza at Jane Street and Wilson Avenue.

TTC bus 37A runs all day, every day from Islington Station on Line 2. It stops at Woodbine Racetrack Loop (Main Entrance), at the Toronto resort. The TTC says its entire bus and streetcar fleet is wheelchair and scooter friendly.

DRT route 917 stops at Bayly Westbound @ Church and Bayly Eastbound @ Church, the nearest scheduled stops to Pickering Casino Resort. PULSE 900 and overnight route N1 serve the nearest scheduled stops to Casino Ajax, at Alexanders Crossing. Bus Rapid Transit construction on Kingston Road can move those stops with little notice. DRT says its scheduled-route vehicles meet AODA requirements, with low floors, a kneeling feature and a ramp for mobility aids.

Mobility devices up to 48 inches long by 30 inches wide are permitted on DRT. On a full bus, a rider with a mobility aid may need to wait for the next one. Elements Casino Mohawk has no current scheduled public transit. Great Blue Heron has no scheduled bus stop near it. DRT On Demand operates in rural Durham, with accessible vans among the contracted vehicles DRT uses; address coverage should be confirmed with DRT.
